I had no gastrointestinal symptoms, so I was skeptical about this project. Health coach explained how the virtually asymptomatic SIBO could be the cause of psoriasis. My SIBO test was positive, and among the bacteria detected were streptococci in abundance. A course of phage therapy (thank you, streptophage!) was aimed directly at these streptococci. And after the course, I went into remission, which has lasted for six months now! This was a real revelation—treating an invisible root cause to solve a visible skin problem. This project teaches you to think and look deeper.

I was skeptical, but it worked. While developing individual diet, my triggers (lactose and gluten) were identified. I had to get used to new foods, but what wouldn’t you do for clearer skin?

Finally, an approach that treats the cause, not just the symptoms. The hard work paid off. Long-term remission achieved.

In recent years, I developed psoriatic arthritis. My fingers often hurt and swelled. I visited doctors, searched online, and found this project. And that’s where I started talking to Health coach. He linked it to SIBO and my irregular eating habits… I got tested for SIBO, and indeed, it was detected. Health coach helped me select phages and prepare a course of phage therapy… I never knew about intestinal lavage, so it was difficult. After the course, my joint pain went away within a few weeks. My skin condition improved later—for some reason, much more slowly. My PASI dropped from 18 to 5. It’s a long story about my new diet (almost vegan), especially since I often break it… And then I see my skin getting worse, and my fingers are aching. But this isn’t a treatment, it’s a cure.

No more creams, no more pills. The key to success was understanding two main factors: leaky gut and SIBO. My skin is almost clear for the first time since my teens. Thank you.

For 25 years, I was a slave to steroid creams. The ‘Natural Way to Remission’ project was my last hope. Mikhail’s analysis of my health history was incredibly thorough. He found the root cause: a combination of impaired peristalsis and Helicobacter pylori. I completed two courses of treatment for Helicobacter (it didn’t work the first time…). I started doing regular intestine lavage. It took me a while to get used to it, too. But it was worth it – I’ve forgotten what constipation is! Today (six months later), my skin is almost clear, and I only use a softening cream or gel. Thank you!

I didn’t believe the problem was intestinal permeability until I saw the test results. The method of consistently testing potentially problematic foods (gluten, nightshades, etc.) proved very helpful. My new “diet” isn’t strict, but it’s sensible. I learned that I can tolerate a small amount of gluten, but tomatoes are a no-no. I eat potatoes and peppers occasionally, but I’ve never really liked eggplant … This project doesn’t just give you clear skin; it gives you back control over it.

I’ve had psoriasis since I was 15… Sometimes moderate, sometimes mild. I’m fed up… I’m a design engineer, I design and publish. That’s probably why the scientific basis of the project caught my attention. Psoriasis bacteria, bacterial products kPAMP, two main factors SP1 and SP2—it all makes sense. And if it’s logical, I need to test it! Communicating with Mikhail is like working with a research advisor, who always supports and guides. The “apple fast” during the 10-day treatment course was difficult, so for the last five days, I added other fruits to the menu (plums, apricots—all straight from the market). After the course, I immediately switched to a new diet. And it was wonderful to see the psoriatic plaques gradually disappear. Following the diet requires patience and consistency, but I achieved remission, which I thought was only a dream..

Let’s be honest: the “apple fast” and repeated intestine lavages aren’t fun… It’s a grueling process. At times, I doubted my sanity. But now, looking in the mirror at my much clearer skin, I’m happy! The method is effective, but you need to be mentally prepared for the challenges.

My new diet clashes with my long-standing habits. Holidays without traditional dishes and alcohol—oh, how hard! While I’m grateful for the remission, deep down I feel a loss. The project restores health, but it can take away some of usual social life.

At my age, changing a lifetime of habits seemed impossible. But health coach’s patience and the structured “Individual Roadmap” made it feasible. First, we started treating chronic sinusitis and tonsillitis. And, as it turned out, it made a huge difference. After I managed to normalize the condition of my nose and throat, the psoriasis started shrinking within just a few weeks… For ten weeks (or maybe more?) I spent figuring out my new diet. It was a slow process, taking almost 10 months, but my skin hasn’t looked this good in 30 years. It’s never too late.

I managed to achieve remission, but it was emotionally difficult. The strict diet and focusing on every signal from my body were psychologically draining.

The approach is brilliant, but it didn’t produce immediate results for me. It took me more than six months to see significant, lasting results. You have to be incredibly patient and trust your coach, even if you don’t see improvement right away. It requires a level of discipline I never imagined I needed.

My dietary changes (I became a pesco-vegan and eliminated all gluten) affected my family. It helped me, but it became a problem for them. What can I cook for my son (husband) that’s both tasty and acceptable to eat?

My psoriasis was mostly on my scalp; I couldn’t hide it, it was itchy, and I had dandruff — you probably know that. I had several tests (which I knew nothing about before). I learned about my small intestinal microbiome (I didn’t even know it existed :-). I was able to complete two courses of phage therapy (5 days each). Ten days at a time—that’s unrealistic. Each course included two intestinal lavage procedures (a complicated thing, though…). First, the itching stopped, then the spots gradually disappeared. I can finally wear dark clothes again.

I had mild psoriasis, but I still tried to get rid of it. But, as it later became clear, I chose the wrong approach. I shouldn’t have taken biologics. After that unsuccessful experience, I was terrified. The psoriasis only got worse… A year ago, I accidentally discovered the “Natural Way” project, and it became my salvation. Mikhail focuses on improving health, not just fighting psoriasis. Cleansing treatments and working on intestinal motility helped me feel healthier from the inside out. My practically clear skin was just a pleasant side effect of my body finally finding balance.

I’ve seen significant improvement, but not 100% remission as some describe. My PASI score dropped from 15-10 to a stable 4-6. Mikhail said my case is complex and that might be the limit… Too bad…

This project forces you to become an expert on your own body. It’s both a blessing and a curse. It’s empowering, but also exhausting. After countless hours of talking to various dermatologists and days spent in skin clinics, I realized the burden of responsibility for my health rests with me. I understand why many will find this project too difficult and burdensome. Well, that’s your choice, and I’ve already made mine. Better late than never!
