From PASI 4.1 to 1.0 is a good result!
An experimental course of psoriasis treatment was completed in early November 2025.
This course combined the antibiotic azithromycin with a series of phage cocktails. More details about this experimental course are available here.
There are PASI and photos of the most typical locations (before and after) are present. Psoriasis change on other places had the same tendencies, as in the resulted pictures. The light pigment spots persisted until the first few sunny days spent near the sea in May 2026. The skin of these pigment spots was completely smooth, with the exception of a few small patches. At the time of publication of this report (late June 2026), these pigment spots are no longer present. There’s virtually no psoriasis on my torso or scalp, both before and after this experimental course. There were faint patches on my elbows. After the course, they became even fainter (similar to my knees).
