Ration 2014

In veganism all products which directly or indirectly have animal origin are excluded from food.

Ration-2014 is pescoveganic diet, i.e. based on veganism and permits occasional consumption of fish.
Ration-2014 also takes in account some recommendations from “Healing psoriasis – The Natural alternative” and requirements of low-microbial diet.
Ration-2014 is actually a version of Ration-2006 with restriction on consumption of products containing live fungi and bacteria (see included p. 3.1).

3.3. Fried foods.
3.4. Very cold foods or drinks.

4.3. Don’t store fresh juice, drink it right after preparation.
4.4. Water filtered or boiled.
4.5. Juice or water is better than tea.
4.6. Carefully chew foods.

5. Daily additions and references
5.1. 6 to 8 glasses of pure water in addition to all other liquids consumed. Don’t drink water during the meal!!! Drink only between, not during the meals;
Have a drink not later than 15 minutes prior to the meal (it is optimal!) and not earlier than 2 hours after the meal. The optimal water temperature is close to the body temperature or above. Drink a glass of hot water with lemon juice and same right after sleep and before bedtime. Don’t drink quickly, drink by small sips.
5.2. Reduction of quantity of vitamins and micronutrients consumed together with the meal is possible, so take one tablet (after meal) of multivitamine complex on a daily basis, especially from winter to spring.
5.3. Last meal not later than 6 hours before bedtime. Optimal choices: Fresh fruits, juices, or honey.
