Health coach provides consultations mainly via email and chat messenger.
Online communication is also possible (messenger, day, time and period to be confirmed in advance).
There are three options for paying for consultations
Hourly post-payment.
An hour of consultations costs EUR 30 (or an equivalent amount in another currency upon agreement). Calculation of total duration of consultations is provided by health coach. Payment is made weekly based on this calculation.
“Five hours” package.
5 hours of consultations during one month
5 x EUR 25 = EUR 125 (or an equivalent amount in another currency upon agreement).
Payment is made in advance.
“Unlimited time” package.
By prior arrangement only. Unlimited consultation time during the one month
cost EUR 600 (or an equivalent amount in another currency upon agreement).
Payment is made in advance.
When calculating time of consultations, the following should be taken into account:
- Study of information provided by patient in completed Guide or in additional files or information from resources to which access for reading is provided.
- Preparation of recommendations for conducting tests and procedures.
- Preparation of answers to the patient’s questions.
- Preparation of recommendations for courses of treatment, individual diet, and for lifestyle in general.
- Online communication.
“Five hours” package prepayment
Total duration of consultations is calculated by health coach (for reference purposes only). If 5 hours are not enough, additional payment is made based on the hourly rate. If duration of consultations during month is less than 5 hours – due to health coach’s lack of time – then these hours are carried over to next month. If this happened due to lack of demand from a patient, then service is considered rendered. Monthly period is counted from the day of beginning the paid consultations.
“Unlimited time” package prepayment
The time a health coach spends with a patient is unlimited, excluding online communication. Any patient message is guaranteed to receive a detailed response within one day. Online consultations are limited to three hours. If online consultations in a month are less than three hours (due to the health coach’s time constraints), these hours are carried over to the following month. If this occurs due to a lack of patient demand, the service is considered rendered. Monthly period is counted from the day of beginning the paid consultations.
